When we decided to move to Arizona we didn’t even know what school choice meant. Because of a limited income, anything outside of public school was out of the question when we lived in other states. Moving here, we found out about the incredible array of options for residents, really allowing us to tailor our children’s education to what suits them best.
We chose to go with Great Hearts, a classical charter school. It was absolutely incredible to us that a school of this caliber could be available tuition – free. We are so thankful for the advantage they are gaining in these early years to set them up for success far down the road, so much more than my husband and I could have done on our own. With 5 kids it is out of the question that we will be paying for college tuition, but we are doing everything we can to help them gain the tools they need to do that on their own. The standard of excellence in the education that Great Hearts provides is exactly the stepping stone they need to get them there.
